The relationships of cooperation with various research institutions and universities at home and abroad are currently being redesigned.
The main non-invasive examination methods are
- Intravital microscopy with computer-aided image processing (video techniques and a high-speed video camera system are used for diagnostic assessment and documentation)
- Reflection spectrometry (possibly in combination with intravital microscopy).
- White light spectroscopy combined with laser-Doppler micro-flow measurement.
Measurements are made of the representative features of microcirculation in various target tissues (mainly cutis and subcutis and intestinal tract) as well as features of cellular factors of the immune system (accumulation of white blood cells in the microvascular network, roll-off and adhesion to the endothelium and transmigration of white blood cells). Internationally recognized biometric test methods are used for data analysis.
